We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock, but in the event of us not having your chosen product we will contact you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible.
Credit Card orders are processed securely by stripe, Harriman & Co. do not hold any credit card data for orders placed online.
Depending on the items ordered the delivery will be First Class with Royal Mail or next day or two day courier service.
Our aim is to process orders the same day that they are received, but can take up to 2 days to be processed. Please note that we are closed on Sunday.
Delivery charges depend on the weight of the item/package. We don't add extra an charge for packaging, as we recycle most of our incoming packaging.
We deliver to within the U.K. only.

Appearance of wood in our furniture items:
We use very high quality furniture grade 1 wood which has been dried to correct the content of moisture. Sometimes warpage or shrinkage can occur, especially when the furniture is shipped to a drier climate from where it was made. The wood used will vary for grain, colour, knots and other characteristics.

Wood is an active material and can have dimensional changes depending upon moisture, temperature, humidity, climate etc.
We hope you are very happy with your purchases from Harriman & Co. but if you are not, we can offer a refund on most items as long as they are returned in a saleable and unused condition. Please get in touch with us for further information. Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse your postage costs.
Custom made to order items cannot be returned.
